Electrical Design Engineer
Job Description
- Design electric control system, hardware schematics and software according to the manufacturing process of
non-standard device.
- Provide and realize solutions according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for the entire design process of the electric control system of non-standard devices.
- Strictly enforce the schedule and quality requirements of the project and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Choose components based on cost estimates by the project team and customer requirements.
- Instruct related personnel during the assembly process to ensure swift and high quality assembly.
- Provide customer service and sales with adequate instructions and support.
- Collaborate with other Electric Engineers by providing support and exchanging techinical knowledge.
- Compliance with standard work flow and internal training within the department.
- Cooperate with mechanical department in evaluation and execution of design, feasibility and manufacturability.
- Complete other assigned tasks provided by managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in electric engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of development and design of non-standard electric control systems.
- Strong team player, highly motivated, good communication skills and innovative drive.
- Familiar with mainstream PLC program development, proficient with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron PLC，3+ years of programming experince，proficient with related communications and network modules.
- Familiar with mainstream HMI design, proficient in HMI development, 3+ years of experience, familar with standard HMI programming rules.
- Familiar with mainstream electrical design software, proficient with CAD/Eplan
- Familiar with the selection and characteristics of electrical components
- Proficient with common office products
- Understands the process of conventional risks analysis of development of non-standard devices
